What’s the difference between the boxes?

New Chapter: 1 curated new book.Second Chapter: 2 excellent-condition pre-loved books. Both come with beautiful and useful extras for reader everyday use.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat $10 shipping rate Australia-wide. Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days for metro areas. Expect slight delays for rural deliveries.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes! You can include a personalised gift message at checkout. We never include prices in the box.

Do you accept returns?

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

What if I receive a book I already own?

List owned authors/titles under Exclusions on the product form and we’ll avoid duplicates where possible. If it still happens, email us within 7 days—we’ll do our best to help (options may include a replacement or store credit as per our Returns Policy).

Can I add a second book to my New Chapter box?

Yes—add the Bonus Chapter (Second Surprise Book) from Related Products. It ships inside the same box with no extra shipping.
