How much is shipping?

We charge a flat $10 shipping rate Australia-wide. Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days for metro areas. Expect slight delays for rural deliveries.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes! You can include a personalised gift message at checkout. We never include prices in the box.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of book boxes, we don’t offer returns unless an item is damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What if I receive a book I already own?

We always recommend filling out your genre preferences at checkout to help us select the best fit — but we understand that duplicates can still happen. If you’re a subscriber and receive a title you already own, reach out — we’re happy to offer a different book in your next box (proof of ownership may be required). For one-off purchases, we’re unable to offer replacements, but contact us and we’ll gladly provide a discount on your next order.
